Dr. Dongyi Hua, PhD has been Managing Director of VDM Group Limited since September 9, 2013. Dr. Hua has been the Chairman of CP Mining of CITIC Pacific Ltd. since January 2010. Dr. Hua joined CITIC Group in 2002. During the 10 years, He has been a Director of VDM Group Limited since August 28, 2013. Dr. Hua has served executive management positions in international projects in China, Africa, Angola, the Philippines, Pakistan and Algeria. He has extensive experience in project management, FIDIC contract management, and cost and risk management.

Now do you think he is interested in $Million contracts. I don't. Each of the projects he has managed in the past have been $Billion contracts.
I think he is looking for bigger jobs to give him a buzz and I have a hunch at what might get his heart beating a bit faster.
