On TNG website Mr.Hadley now is listed as a consultant.
So his position changed but he's still involved in the DFS.
BTW The new presentation says:
"Investment and licencing agreement discussions are in progress with major overseas Mining company for TIVAN process and completion of Bankable Feasibility Study"
..and if I'm not wrong Paul mentioned on BRR these discussions are already in an advanced stage.
