Not so sure hurl. IF and may I repeat IF this announcement is half of what shareholders have been promised over the years then we should get a decent spike. Just as I would expect us to drop @25% if it is taken as "more of the same" by the markets.

There is just not enough time left now to get too wreckless with this company. In hindsight it was a great move shorting the heck out of CDU after the JORC in 2010. Lots of mum & dad investors and PLENTY of time until mining. I mean years! So much more water under the bridge (time to recover) in case it went the other way. Now not so much. Go hard here one way or another and maybe you get out of jail or maybe you don't. Also the register is much different now and a bit wiser IMHO (as is everything above).

It would seem that CDU management thought the guys at the meeting would get to see the announcement while they were up there to ask questions etc. If that is true then I think it is a good sign. I would imagine that information is public and a call to the ASX asking to "please explain" would answer that theory. People spent over a thousand dollars to go up there and get face to face answers from WM and unfortunately all he could tell them is was that the ASX was holding it up until they were gone. Interesting............

Having said all that I'm still not concerned with grades etc... There's enough copper up there in the 1st JORC. The questions that no one seems to be able to answer is can CDU get the product to market for the right price and who's going to control it when the $$ comes in. But hey that's just me.....
