Terryzarmzoff, they stack a few million on the sell, preventing anyone else to sell higher and cause buyers to sit on their hands to see how low it might go. Then they do a line wipe or two and in the resulting panic subtly start buying them back. If they're lucky the price stays depressed for some time giving them a bargain entry by having stolen shares from those that think some bad news is coming. It's shameful.
