Under continuous disclosure requirements if any new update was to be provided at the AGM it should have been released to the ASX before the AGM. This is standard practice.
So not to get an ASX update before the AGM implies that nothing new will be discussed at the AGM - however this is a little hard to believe, given the rate of change in the company.
