While I am opposed to capital punishment, (particularly as done in the US where the convict can spend 25yrs as a "dead man walking" before being zapped) I have no argument with national soverenty.
The only reason I post on this is that it will be interesting to see how many of those who supported Van and Chapelle will rally to the cause of Garry Glitter when (if) he is found guilty and sentenced to the firing squad. (I am aware that that has not happened and that he still has the right to presumption of innocence).
If this happens, it will be interesting to read (between the lines) the relevent status of drug pedlers and pedophiles.
