Sounds to me more like a rebuttal to whoever is quite rightly questioning the need to list this business. There may well be some investors questioning the need to do this so he is flagging talent attraction and government preference to support the move.
All he has said is that 'they have to do it'. Not when, or where for that matter... In the meantime, I'd still like to see more plans for what they are going to do with jobsDB across APAC. The next real growth opprtunity is right there...
