I dunno where I've been hiding but no one I know thinks it's a bubble. Personally I reckon it's high . I wouldn't be buying myself ,who is buying ??? .It's not a bubble but they're not buying , that's not bubble like . Maybe it's a great big stealth bubble ,the bubble you have when no one thinks it's a bubble

All in all a fairly perplexing situation that seems to have you scratching your head a little bit RB.

Nonetheless you have shown real conviction on your standpoint for a little while now and all kudos to you for that . Hopefully it saves people a few shekels when things blow up ,it can't keep going up on sweet talk forever.

The thing I don't like is that all the breadth has disappeared from the market ,it's fewer and fewer carrying the load. The thing that I do like is that everyone's ultra cautious and not over exposed.

So yeah ,happy to sit back and let it unfold ,it wouldn't surprise me either way but I guess if you're not a player you'd be well and truly gone by now
