On top of that one splinter group will make peace, another will make a truce, a third is prepared to partial concessions, a fourth wants the total destruction of the State of Israel.
A Palestinian Sadat will need to emerge who can and will unite and reign in all the disparate the factions and place them all entirley under his command, install a semblence of law and order, and most importantly be answerable to the people.
Until that happens or at least a major component of that scenario eventuates, the situation will deteriorate before it gets better.
