Usual practice is when a large holder wants to sell large parcels they contact the company or large brokerage house or both and get matched with a potential buyer at afew percent below current prices (think 95%).

M&G would not respond to the companies communication. They did a disservice to their own clients as they could have received a higher price by following usual protocol.
