Not enough time, really. CYL have already touted this deal as a company MAKER...... oh yeah, Mike's on the board of both... If I had a few million shares in CYL prior to this announcement Pinocchio would be jealous of my wood and sh^%$ eating grin.
What about opening up a company/ media office prior to any deals being made and let some other coy make a bid for KRODDA.... a COMPANY MAKER. Or offer out an IPO, maintain a large % of control and make a heap of cash, or let the expert bankers have a crack, ANZ already love us!
Don't get me wrong I am still an avid supporter of ABU and its bright future but the tender of my fine vessel has just been given away.
