However the important thing is that I understand that the Directors of all these companies have emphasised that they act completely independently. This is a good thing because there is not a lot of transparency. My concern would be who nominates them and votes them in? I stress no evidence of anything other than completely professional behaviour in all cases.
I just make the point that in my opinion there are some barriers here should others seek to become major shareholders. Would they get a say?
