To put it into perspective, the Todd family control around $2.6b in assets through Todd Corporation. Their holding in CUE is less than 1% of their wealth!

Is CUE ever going to be a driver behind their overall growth in wealth? No

Would CUE energy even get a mention at half the board meetings of Todd Corporation? No

Given this, and the fact that CUE represents less than 1% of their assets, why would you think that they would care about CUE at a strategic level at all.

CUE is run as an independent (albeit conservative - not risky!) oiler. The share price is volatile, but their portfolio and performance of assets is better than most.

I think most people on here need to stray away from the idea that majority shareholders are out to get them and that shorters control the stock prices....it's a little ridiculous.
