tzn from the perspective of ratios and financials is terrible but it is really a zinc play. if zn price improves then the fortunes of tzn will improve markedly. google zinc price forecast for some interesting reading.
i especially like the stat that chinese generally use less zn in their steel but as they are forced to increase quality in say auto steel then usage/demand will grow heaps.
