The mine manager - is that the guy that ozblue said picked up a nugget and said that it represented 2% of the cubic metre and what was all this extra stuff? 2% of a cm is 52kg. Did he really pick up a 52kg nugget?
it would appear you misunderstood the mine manager, or you're trying to confuse people.
the mine manager was referring to the JORC estimate that many of the naysayer group deem true and accurate, an estimate that according to the same group absolutely takes into account the native copper nuggets found in the Rocklands resource.
according to the "true and accurate" JORC estimate, the ore contains roughly 2% copper __by value__
so, from the ground in the middle of the mine, the mine manager picks up a chunk of copper ore with the same approximate value as the JORC-purported 2%. according to the JORC, there shouldn't be any more copper in that cubic metre. so the mine manager asks; what's all that other stuff? according to the JORC estimate, it doesn't exist. and yet, there it is!!!
