Gonski is a crock. It looks to me as if labor grabbed $1.2 bill off some states to fund others. That hardly looks fair and just.
Pyne is trying to correct this without blowing the budget further, something you lefties would not approve of. He is perfectly justified in NOT agreeing to outlandish expenditure outside the forward estimates. That is another labor land mine.
