    Yes agree, corporate transaction tends to mean an asset sale or acquisition or merger/takeover.

    Both TPT and JKA are on halt for the same resources, so TPT has a market cap of $41m and JKA is $24m. A merger of equals will be benefit us greatly.

    I believe TPT has a more cash coming it as Foster's Stockbroking is managing TPT's options as they are underwritten.

    Looks good.
