Seems pretty straightforward to me now on this partial sale. Each counterpart will put in their best bid (hidden). They all are interested clearly. Paladin takes best all round bid that stacks up long term and legals are completed.
Presumably each bidder doesn't want to over bid given they do not know the others but would obviously like to make a price that gets them a % share.
This is how I am taking the talks and the letter released today by paladin.
My thoughts and opinions.
