    Pete - wise words. NEVER average down on any stock unless it is a blue chip and preferably a bank stock. Averaging down means you are buying a stock that is showing no love. That is crazy! Sell the thing and switch to a stock trending higher. That makes sense - BUT it is hard to do. That is the trap and why people lose their proverbials.
