""And some postulate that it was man who started changing the climate 10,000 years ago."

    No they don't."

Sorry sunshine - dead wrong. Evidence below.

"Having said that, land clearing and agriculture does have the capacity to change the climate due to interrupting the carbon cycle,"

Why are you so stuck on carbon?

Do you not think it is just possible that there are other factors? Man made factors. Carbon is just one variable.

Personally I think it is possible that man changed the climate 10000 years ago - but I only think it is possible.

The ice doesn't lie. Things did change and it seems it was a big change from the past.

Yes, also in the last 10,000 there have been changes - but they have been a doddle compared to previous changes.

Basically all I say is that if man indeed did help cause the change from massive dynamic changes prior to 10000 years back to the RELATIVE stability of the last 10000 years - then he better keep doing what he has been doing.

I can live with the dynamics of the last 10000 years - I doubt if I would be able to handle the bigger shifts of the past.

    have a great day
