Why do I exist?
The direct answer is that my parents had sex.
I suspect, though, the the question is "what is the purpose of my existence?".
Each of us is likely to have some view on this. My view is that if we want a purpose in life, we need to create it ourselves. We can ask for and we get advice, ideas etc, but ultimately we have to take responsibility for the purpose of our own lives.
