My post was regarding a MEL hotspot area which has been seismically tested, and the land is up for sale, with bidding expected to start at half the purchase price. 5-6 years ago- could be a bargain!

I simply though a MEL holder might be interested in  a gas "hot spot" and musing as to why the current owners (vocal  Pro CSG couple seen lunching with Hazzard in Lismore) might be selling now? Could simply be they are movin on!?  (although it is tenanted)

Look it up for yourself.. It's advertised in an R.E magazine, It's simply fact, not political and not environmental, you can choose to ignore my comment, it's a free world, but why stop the other few hundred investors or possible investors from reading those facts?   ("HC encourages rigorous debate. This is what HC is all about. "We like to see both sides of an issue debated so that our readers can make up their own mind from an informed perspective)

As for shareholder or not, I am actually purchasing shares next week,  hoping I can jump on this price.
