The Placement is only available to ‘exempt’ investors or ‘sophisticated’ investors... I have a position as an existing shareholder & I'm screaming blue murder at 18.8% discount! Someone just popped their head round the corner again - "Dilution!"
I posted in a previous forum about that HC ad regarding this new book-building option by the ASX, my broker has signed me up. And the more I look into it on their blog on the HC ad, the more it makes sense.
