If they merger then I'd be very interested to see what the details on share allocation will be.... Perhaps a 3:1 type deal.. 3 JKA shares for one TPT equivalent. I would imagine a bank balance of $20m between the two (after Morocco sign off) companies could be used wisely on JKA's already existing permits... Personally I see JKA as being so depressed SP wise simply because they were running out of cash.. Had they had a chunk in the bank I bet their SP would have been double what it is now. Fears of a CR always depress the absolute #### out of companies SP in today's market.
