the way i see things is

PVD
~30 mil in cash after cap raising
great assets
strong price performance, popular with investors

TPT
~20 mil in cash
one good asset in morocco
poor price performance, not popular with investors

JKA
bugger all cash, financially-stressed
great asset in somaliland
exciting early stage asset in tanzania

i think pvd are in the best position to get value from any deal and can afford to work on their terms. tpt also have cash but are under pressure from investors to create some value and expand the portfolio. jacka have some interseting assets but are kind of fighting for survival and are in the worst position to get value from a deal
