My points re TD was well at the very least you have is above the sidetrack and it could be more as of course they have to hit TD to work way back up to finalize what, if any, they got down the bottom.
Just not sure there would be any point postulating regarding whether this Production Test was simply put out there on a whim by NEN without any imput or discussions from their JV partners as by definition it effects there SP any comments to that effect... Regardless of any disclaimers to the contrary they may use.. Interesting NEN retain the right to 'go it alone' as you suggest with the Production Test..
I hear what you say... but I still feel the Production Test comments were made specifically.. Time will tell
