Our conscious motivation is to avoid pain, happiness is surely just a pleasurable (painless)way to pass the time not the raision d'être . Why would a random evolutionary existence in a godless universe even have a reason?
The predominant theme around here of atheism surely negates the existence of of a reason why we exist.
