It's a 3 way deal folks - as follows:

TPT whose Aussie assets in the North, having gone South, are keen to get into the African East now that their cash position is about to go North from an imminent sign off in the West.

Long time African player JKA who have assets in the North and East but their cash gone South would love to buy into the now hot African West.

With their cash about to go North from obliging TPT in the East they buy a slice of Gabon from PVD (who just did a sterling deal in the far Southeast with JKA's new found friends in the Northeast African rift).

PVD oblige JKA in Gabon now, before farm out to a Northern hemisphere Major keen to move South into West Africa, thus pushing PVD's cash position further North for Tanzania in the East!

Finally, anybody who thinks I'm correct must be completely off the compass!!
