and I'd imagine its only a matter of time before we start making inroads with AUS DoD given:
1 - The article not too long ago were Sprague said something the the effect they'd agreed AUS DoD could hold the encyption keys"
2 - Don Brown & his history of hosted payload sales to the AUS DOD at Intelsat
