    TS is BS...I don't see that ever getting off the ground.

    Blackwood is the key. Since ENI will fast track development in the Evans Shoal, the results for Blackwood don't need to be that great for ENI to progress it. Heron seem more likely too now that ES is a go.

    At this point I'd expect the Heron decision to be made when the results for Blackwood have been reviewed by ENI, and hopefully they will go all in.
