Better JKA goes to market at 5c or sell down equity in there assetts than take this on imo. Agree with Psi on this why take on high risk of Morrocco better a JVP with a cashed up major if you can derisk/prove up the prospectivity. TPT don't have enough cash if $$$ run out it's dilution all the way. JKA board recommendation puts a ? over it's assets.
