Probably already discussed (and apologies if it has been), but it is interesting how TPT went for the merger option, rather than purchasing COE's stake in the Tunisian JV (COE seem like willing sellers).
Wonder whether COE want too much for their stake, TPT is just as interested in JKA's other assets or something else entirely.
