Ann: Executed Deed of Amendment , page-7

As we fall back to our usual low levels (about 5c), I note this bit from the ANN:

"... payment of an instalment of 25% of the purchase price no later than 20 December 2013 against transfer to ANB of the Korella Mining Lease, subject to a mortgage over the Korella Mining Lease in favour of Krucible securing payment of the balance of the purchase price."

Does this mean that we get the 25% (about $3m?) and then if ANB don't come through with the rest, we keep the $3m and keep the assets? That would not be a bad outcome.
