    My guess is the report is coming. If there were delays, the report will be delayed.

    But why would the company be signing new agreements if it were not confident?

    With speculative shares it's join the dots. Repeatedly asking 'where is the report?' is not to the point. Context is everything.

    IMO the company is going to move forward. People close to the ground at Nowra say the plant there looks like it's operating at full capacity.
