I can't remember whether John McGoldrick made the Rooney remark during the presentation I attended London or not .
The irony is that John is probably a Manchester United supporter and almost certainly a Wayne Rooney fan . I suspect the commercial people at the club would have appreciated John McGoldrick's boldness .
I disagree that this has given ammunition to the green freaks .
Am I the only Dart shareholder who thinks the publicity is neutral to positive rather than negative ?
The number of people in the UK who have heard of Dart has just been tripled and the company didn't have to pay a penny for the publicity .
Cheaper than sponsoring the teams kit .
The UK has tried pussyfooting around , pandering to the greens , listening to them , treating them with kid gloves .
At the current rate by the time anything happens the nascent shale industry will have withered away and Dart's money will have run out .
It's time to move in for the kill , confront the greens , provoke them even ; anything to get them to display their true colours so the populace can see them for what they are .
Good on John McGoldrick and anyone else who forces the issue .
