In this environment its critical to have cash, and not need to go to the market. Futher if commissionining is not as smooth as expected the company would have been at risk to Glencore. Its a prudent move.
Remember financiaqng for hera was seen as the deal of the year. This move attempts to moderate the weaknesses of that deal.
