FYI, heard about a book on the expansion Years in Queensland the other day, those killings seem to had/have been kept quiet, never mind investigated. The numbers in just one of those equal the Sharpville killings and remember in that case (not that I'm trying to excuse them) there were mass gatherings.
The report I heard about the book even states that meat was poisoned and then a sign ( in English ) was stuck on the meat indicating that it was poisonous. What happened in QLD no doubt happened elsewhere as well.
Maybe a proper historical body could be set up and all these matters documented, as was posted a few Months ago, there were jobs advertised for people to go and aid the SA's to get their history "right", maybe we could do the same here, see what put the "luck" in lucky?
