    You make out your are an expert here but have no idea.

    We are set for a period of deflation. There is no inflation and will not be even if they QE to infinity. Wages growth is non existent and is falling.

    Worldwide deflation is the reason QE is being pumped into the system.

    We will see property stagnate for 10 years. Yes it goes up for a few years but will go nowhere over the next decade due to some years of real negative returns. Only a bond collapse will bring on higher interest rates and that is a possibility but not likely.

    Low interest rates are here for many years, you will be surprised how low rates go here in Australia. I expect them to fall at least another 2 or 3 times yet due to poor economics.
