Terry,
I don't know what the terms will be, but I would hope that instead of doing a CR by the issuing of further shares, that they raise the capital by other means.
That may be the forward sale of some of the Gas, borrowings or some other means.
I do know from discussions that I have had with PM that he does not want to dilute shareholder value if at all possible.
Contrary to your
"Given the result since the last SPP, at 3 cents, NWE should, in my opinion, now be considered as very high risk ...."
I believe that it is continuing to be derisked.
The continual lack of understanding and negative posting by people posting on here creates a self fulfilling negative attitude towards the company which drives away the buyers.
There is not/has not been a dump of shares but a continual erosion of sentiment and a following reduction in the share price.
Personally I hope that NWE can find a way of getting the market to change sentiment and get the price to 6 cents or to a value which will let some who don't want to be here to get out.
