    Would be very surprised if it were a cr, as the ann,it is all wrong.

    Look at any company that does a CR they state it, this is totally different "substantial corporate transaction"

    I think this language is all positive,

    "Substantial" (LARGE)

    "Corporate" (LARGE COMPANY)

    "Transaction" (THE SALE OR PURCHASE OF SOMETHING)

    A "suubstantial" FARMIN in one or both 100% projects, IMHO
