I'd say $310k is pretty close to the average CEO/Chairman salary for a junior miner at the moment.

Given his profile and experience, obviously he would be eligible for far higher than the $310K, hence the equity entitlement. He' probably be able to attract seven figures at the major iron ore companies.

I'm ambivalent on the whole thing as I've stated before...not too fussed either way. I may revisit that opinion in 12 months depending on whether I feel he has contributed to the company's success or not.
