Look at the timing on the TAM rights, etc - Note there are many shareholders in both names.. We have seen this story/film 2 or three times previously.. SELL ABM to take up your TAM so you don't get completely sideswiped by the dilution..
Only problem is,this time.. in my view, you will never get your ABM back.. Sorry..
