Based on my understanding from discussions with Hardman, no employee or director of Hardman can trade any shares up to 3 days before the expectation of an announcement, nor can trade any shares for up to 1 day after an announcement. In this case, Scotty's sale went through a few days back, and I don't believe they had expected Faucon to have progressed so fast.

So, Scotty's selling is insignificant IMHO.
