If the case is set for an appeal, are you saying the injunction cannot be lifted. if this is the case then I would really appreciate your understanding.
My understanding is that the injunction could be lifted in the case that AVQ won the ruling but an appeal was lodged. This would be up to the judge, and in this case land banking issue might come into play.
However, if as you say the injunction cannot be lifted in the case of an appeal, then this could be very damaging. Can you please support this reasoning.
Of course if another ruling was to appear such as a win for SMM, or some form of new tender process the injunction would then become irrelevant.
