The question is: is she qualified to do the job?
Her basic degree is a bit on the light side but she does have experience on her side. Sure, not all her associations have done well - but then who's have?
Lets see how she goes hay?
On ballance, seems like a very good thing to me. The merits of a mixed gender board can not be understated.
