trading at a pe of 2.5 and an 9% yeild, page-25

Hi,

Although considering the negative sentiment in this sector, I believe this company is undervalued. The low market cap of only 14mil can be attributed to it being thinly traded, surely it is worth somewhere between the 20-30mil range equating to a share price of 40cents plus.

And in the meantime it 'IS' paying a good dividend.

All in my opinion of course, good luck to all holders, but I do see a bounce.
