My suggestion is "don't look a gift horse in the mouth".

Valuation is now currently extremely attractive. The stage 1 project is potentially only 12 mths from commissioning which will result in a very good revenue steam for the company to leverage into stage 2.

The hurdles remaining are few, within reach and highly achievable IMO. Market Cap will be more reflective of not only the inground value but also some of the upside of the larger stage 2 development and possibly some exploration results to add.

I think we all know this.

Its human nature to try to find logic in illogical behavior (or percieved illogical behavior). This is why some people are grappling with the downward pressure on the SP. Better to accumulate an asset when under valued than over valued.

People sell for many reasons but they only buy for one. O instead of guessing why there are sellers maybe contemplate why there are buyers.
