Moseley or Mayfair who is asking for the valuations.?

If its the Judge what makes you believe he will be involved in the sale process.

At the AGM it was pointed out by the Legal person that J.M. has declared that there will be no future mediation instigated by him and the Matter will procede straight to trial.!

Mayfair has also touched on this with his post. imo

My idea for the valuations is for any possible Damages awarded. AGS may end up with a damages payout and retain 25% imo (Guessing there, some-one may know how it works(Judgement))

Anyone with other ideas?

My opinion on a sale is it would be near impossible to determine a sale based on the unknown total resource and what determination AGS would be entitled to ie 25% or higher taking into account the Legal matters. If its determined on the 25% Why, I thought AGS were duped about that, aren't we in Court atm.!

One point I will make and its this, Vespasian03 agrees with Moseley re valuations for a sale. This poster appears to have an uncanny ability to fortell the future happenings with AGS.imo lol
