I agree Mont. There are many issues at play when raising funds, price, numbers, timing. The fact management has asked for an extended period of time tells me they are trying to bed down the right deal rather than be pressured in accepting something that's not quite right in order to meet a two day stock halt.
We should know more tomorrow, but even if they need a further extension of time to get the best deal going forward, that's ok by me.
