I'm sure they have plans; visibility would be counter-productive for us anyway.
My preference is for a commercial/equity transaction for the whole kit and kaboodle. Asset sales will just extend Ground Hog day with spikes here and there on news.
STO seems like the natural predator. Could then spin-off non-core assets to their other partners to recover most of cost of the transaction at far better prices than KAR could negotiate. Quid Pro Quo in this game. Swallow and divest in one go.
